Description:
Help-Line IT Services focuses on value-added help services.

This activity is organized into two fields; firstly the implementation and operation of IT support structures for users (Help Desk and hot-line).

Secondly, the company has acquired recognized expertise in consulting and the implementation of value-added Call Centers for large corporations.

Help-Line guide their customers in identifying their needs in the field of customer relations (internal needs catered for by the Help Desk, external through Customer Services) and offer efficient and profitable solutions based on adapted and integrated processes, and on the right technological choice of tools.

Help-Line can then take charge of all or some of the operating tasks, either by insourcing on the customer's site or on one of its own Call Center platforms.
