Inside Sales Executive

Description:
Jacada is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Inside Sales Executive. Successfuly applicants for Inside Sales Executive will have a great career in Jacada .

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating interest and high-level qualification of prospective customers and target accounts within the assigned geographic region. Daily activity will primarily consist of placing calls into pre-defined target accounts to known and unknown persons supplied by internal research and through cold-calling efforts. These calls will also include “nurturing” previous prospects/contacts to eventually set up introductory research calls with the Strategic Account Executive. This requires a highly motivated individual that works with little supervision and possesses excellent time management skills.

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for managing and executing outbound prospecting to target accounts, including prospecting, fulfillment, follow-up, generating interest, call scheduling and final transition to Strategic Account Executive.
- Make effective use of VITO letters, phone skills, emails, and other communication vehicles to generate interest in target accounts (namely Call Centers).
- As the first voice to our prospects, must be able to clearly and accurately state Jacada's value proposition and potential benefits to their business.
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently recording account status via Jacada's lead management system (ONYX Customer Center).
- Interacts positively with all parts of the Jacada sales team.
- Blueprinting accounts to uncover appropriate Executive-level contacts.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Academics or students (as a part time position )
- Multi-lingual (French, Spanish, Italian, etc. )
- Superior phone skills - strong, persuasive dialogue to uncover information from administrative assistants, receptionists, and other traditional gatekeepers.
- Public speaking - style which is both confident and concise
- Team player - ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Time management skills - ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time, prioritize and focus on results
- Creativity - develop personalized ways to generate interest into target accounts and/or contacts
- Attitude - works to promote positive thinking and contributes to solving issues
Conceptual learner - learns new ideas and products through visualization
- Knowledge of CRM solutions and/or Call Center operations is desirable
