SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for delivery of services for a span of 20 to 25 agents
Performance monitoring, data analysis and feedback for service delivery
Upkeep of MIS and reports as per the program requirement
Motivate the staff to exceed customer expectations
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED

2-4 years of work experience, Preferably in the call center industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong leadership abilities
Responsible for service delivery and quality
Strong interpersonal and team skills
Should be willing to work in night shifts
