3Stars Net S.A. is a Belgian limited liability company that has been in existence since 1991 and operated initially under the name Cardiophone. The first product was a portable Electrocardiogram Encoding Device with support service provision. The electrocardiograms were sent by telephone to a Monitoring Centre, where direct analyses were performed on a 7/24 basis.

In 2001, the activities were completely switched to telecom under the company name 3Stars Net nv. Their innovative approach proved successful thanks to their experience with high-performance telecom solutions. 3Stars Net's demanding target group consists mainly of multinationals, embassies, SMEs, private operators and telecom operators.

3Stars Net has grown into a 100% profitable business with no debts. The record turnover of 2004 and substantial pretax profit, provided 3Stars Net with ample investment possibilities In 2005/2006, 3Stars Net were thus able to expand their range with new products, apply for the necessary licences and further adapt their switches in line with the evolution of the market.
