The company was founded in 2002 with the name "Independent developers GmbH", but was soon renamed to "beroNet technologies GmbH". In the summer of 2005, the company was newly founded during a topically consolidation, and is from now on known as "beroNet GmbH". "beroNet GmbH" is a registered trademark.

beroNet focuses on products, services and development in the area of "Voice over IP", and on the often together belonging Access-technology. With an interdisciplinary team of high qualified experts, beroNet aim to fullfill the individual customer requests, whereas their experience based on lots of projects will help us. Thereby beroNet specialize on integraded concepts, where the customer gets everything from one hand.
